The invention relates to an automatic gate locking device. The device comprises a bent frame arranged on a gate groove, wherein a gate is arranged on the bent frame in a driving mode, and a limiting mechanism capable of acting relative to the gate is arranged on one side of the gate groove; the forward side and the backward side of the gate are provided with at least one pair of oppositely-arranged propelling limiting parts and at least one pair of oppositely-arranged return stroke limiting parts correspondingly; the limiting mechanism comprises at least one pair of oppositely-arranged limiting rods, one ends of the limiting rods are in driving connection with the telescopic mechanism, and the other ends of the limiting rods can conduct telescopic displacement relative to the propelling limiting part and the return stroke limiting part; and the limiting rod can telescopically move relative to the gate. The invention further provides an automatic gate locking device which is convenient to operate and stable in structure and a control system of the automatic gate locking device.
