After the shielding mechanism is opened, a worker can maintain the transformer substation in rainy days without holding an umbrella or wearing a rain gear, operation is facilitated, the shielding mechanism can be pulled out together when the door plate of the transformer substation is opened, and operation is easy; and when the shielding mechanism is opened, the dust removal mechanism is driven to slide, the dust removal mechanism cleans dust on the heat dissipation mechanism, and ventilation is facilitated.
