The invention discloses a main reinforcement mounting device of a precast beam and a construction method of the main reinforcement mounting device.The device comprises two oppositely arranged supporting frames, a conveying wheel and locking and attaching binding wires,each supporting frame comprises two stand columns and a cross beam connected between the two stand columns, the cross beam is provided with a shaft hole, and the shaft holes of the two supporting frames are coaxially arranged; the conveying wheel is arranged between the cross beams of the two supporting frames, the conveying wheel is coaxially connected with a wheel shaft, the two ends of the wheel shaft are rotatably inserted into the shaft holes of the cross beams of the two supporting frames respectively, and a guide groove for containing a main rib of the precast beam is formed in the circumferential surface of the conveying wheel; a circle of guide groove is formed in the circumferential direction of the conveying wheel; and the locking and attaching binding wires are used for binding stirrups of the precast beams and are mounted on the stand columns. The problems that time and labor are wasted and labor is wasted in a traditional prefabricated beam reinforcing steel bar structure binding construction method are solved.
