Novel straw mud for plastering outer walls of rural dwellings and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a novel straw mud for plastering outer walls of rural dwellings. The straw mud is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 to 10 parts of fine sand, 1.5 to 5 parts of cement, 1.5 to 5 parts of coarse sand, 0.5 to 1 part of a reinforcing agent, 1 to 3 parts of clay, 0.1 to 1 part of straw stalks, 0.05 to 0.2 part of ferric oxide and 1.8 to 6 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials; (2) mixing: firstly mixing the straw stalks with clay, then mixing fine sand, cement, coarse sand and ferric oxide, and finally mixing a reinforcing agent with water to obtain straw mud; (3) wall surface cleaning: firstly cleaning an outer wall surface needing to be plastered, and then spraying water on the outer wall surface to enable the outer wall surface to fully absorb water; and (4) brushing: uniformly smearing the straw mud prepared in the step (2) on the outer wall surface after the water on the outer wall surface is half-dried. The straw mud is reasonable in formula, low in manufacturing cost, safe, environmentally friendly, simple in construction process and high in construction efficiency, and after construction, the straw mud has good waterproof performance, crack resistance, adhesiveness and attractiveness.
