The invention discloses an anti-counterfeiting ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: applying fluorescent slurry containing a fluorescent material to the surface of a green body through silk-screen printing to form a ceramic green body printed with an anti-counterfeiting mark; applying ground glaze on the ceramic body printed with the anti-counterfeiting mark; decorating patterns on the surface of the green body after the ground glaze is applied; applying transparent glaze on the surface of the green body decorated with the patterns; and firing the green body with the transparent glaze to obtain the anti-counterfeiting ceramic tile. The anti-counterfeiting ceramic tile obtained by the method can realize hidden anti-counterfeiting. The anti-counterfeiting mark does not influence the surface decoration of the ceramic tile, and the anti-counterfeiting mark with the corresponding color can be shown by irradiation with purple light in a darkroom.
本发明公开一种防伪陶瓷砖及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括以下步骤：通过丝网印刷将包含荧光材料的荧光浆料施加在坯体表面以形成印有防伪标记的陶瓷坯体；在印有防伪标记的陶瓷坯体上施底釉；在施底釉后的坯体表面装饰图案；在装饰图案后的坯体表面施透明釉；将施透明釉后的坯体烧成得到所述防伪陶瓷砖。所述方法获得的防伪陶瓷砖能够实现隐性防伪。防伪标记不影响陶瓷砖本身的表面装饰，在暗室用紫光照射可以显现相应颜色的防伪标记。
