According to the invention, the problems that when a non-matte exterior wall transparent waterproof coating material is used for brushing different base materials, a formed film is bright, the reflective rate of a base layer is increased, the appearance state of a building is changed, and light pollution occurs are solved; and after the matting agent is added, the light reflectivity of the product is changed, the light reflectivity is basically kept unchanged after the product is painted on a matte wall surface, and the exterior wall of a building can be repaired in a traceless manner.
