Novel box girder bridge formed by combining corrugated steel webs and lower flange plate
The invention discloses a novel box girder bridge formed by combining corrugated steel webs and a lower flange plate. The novel box girder bridge comprises a reinforced concrete bridge deck slab, the lower flange plate and rows of vertical corrugated steel webs. The reinforced concrete bridge deck is connected with a shear nail construction steel plate through shear nails, the lower end of the shear nail construction steel plate is welded to the upper end of each corrugated steel web, the lower end of the corrugated steel web is welded to the upper end of the lower flange steel plate, a U-shaped groove is riveted to a bottom plate through rivets, the bottom plate is connected with a basin-type support through bolts, and the basin-type support is connected with a cover beam on a pier through foundation bolts. A box girder structure formed by the corrugated steel webs serves as a main pressure-bearing structure of a bridge, the vertical corrugated steel plates have super-strong pressure-bearing capacity and are not prone to bending, the lower flange steel plate is welded to the U-shaped steel groove, and the U-shaped steel groove is connected with the bottom plate through the rivets to form the lower flange composite steel plate in a corrugated steel form, and thus, materials are saved, and the anti-pressure capability of the bridge is improved.
本发明公开一种由波纹钢形式腹板及下翼缘板组合而成的新型箱梁桥,包括钢筋混凝土桥面板、下翼缘板和若干排竖直的波纹钢腹板。钢筋混凝土桥面板通过剪力钉与剪力钉构造钢板连接,剪力钉构造钢板下端与波纹钢腹板上端焊接,波纹钢腹板下端与波纹钢腹板下翼缘钢板上端焊接,U型槽通过铆钉与底板铆接,底板通过螺栓与盆式支座连接,盆式支座通过地脚螺栓与桥墩上的盖梁连接。本发明以波纹钢腹板形成的箱梁结构作为桥梁的主承压结构,竖直波纹钢板具有超强的承压能力,不易发生弯曲现象,下翼缘钢板与U型钢槽焊接,U型钢槽与底板用铆钉连接形成具有波纹钢形式的下翼缘复合钢板,不但节省材料而且增加桥的抗压能力。
