The invention provides an ultraviolet-resistant polyurethane pultrusion guardrail and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of traffic facility protection equipment. The ultraviolet-resistant polyurethane pultrusion guardrail comprises a guardrail main body, a first ultraviolet-resistant protective layer, a second ultraviolet-resistant protective layer and a third ultraviolet-resistant protective layer. The preparation method comprises the steps of preforming, heating in a mold, continuous traction, product cutting and protective layer spraying. According to the ultraviolet-resistant polyurethane pultrusion guardrail and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, the whole guardrail is made of a large amount of polyurethane materials, so that the guardrail is light and has good structural strength; and the multi-layer ultraviolet-resistant protective layer is used for protecting the guardrail, the ultraviolet-resistant strength of the guardrail is improved, the defect that a polyurethane material is not resistant to ultraviolet rays in outdoor engineering application is overcome, the ultraviolet-resistant protective layer and the guardrail main body are made of the same-series materials, and the adhesive force of the coating is increased.
本发明提供了一种耐紫外型聚氨酯拉挤护栏及其制备方法，涉及交通设施防护设备技术领域。耐紫外型聚氨酯拉挤护栏包括护栏主体、第一耐紫外保护层、第二耐紫外保护层和第三耐紫外保护层；制备方法包括预成型、模具内加热、连续牵引、产品切割以及保护层喷涂。根据本发明提供的耐紫外型聚氨酯拉挤护栏及其制备方法，护栏整体用料大量采用聚氨酯材料制成，使得护栏轻质化且具有良好的结构强度；再利用多层防紫外线保护层对护栏进行防护，提高了护栏的耐紫外线强度，弥补了聚氨酯材料在户外工程应用中不耐紫外线的缺陷，并且紫外线保护层与护栏主体材料为同系材料，增大了涂层附着力。
