The invention discloses a prefabricated outer enclosure wall structure of a window wall system. The prefabricated outer enclosure wall structure comprises a wallboard body, the side face of the upper end of the wallboard body is fixed to a floor slab on the upper layer through a supporting steel frame, and the lower end of the wallboard body is fixed to a floor slab on the lower layer by injecting high-strength mortar to form a mortar layer; and the wallboard body comprises concrete and reinforcing mesh groups which are uniformly distributed in the concrete and provide physical support, and the inner sides of the reinforcing mesh groups are filled with weight reduction plates. The wallboard body can be prefabricated in a factory area and directly installed after being transported to a site, construction safety risks of in-situ pouring of constructional columns and wall masonry are reduced, conditions are created for a curtain wall to enter the site in advance through synchronous installation of the wall and a main body steel structure, middle bolts and the bottom are only provided with one steel frame inclined support for perpendicularity adjustment and fixation, the inclined support pre-embedded working amount is reduced, the weight reduction plates are arranged in the wall body to achieve a heat preservation effect, the using amount of outer heat preservation plates is reduced, and the overall hoisting weight and cost are reduced.
本发明公开了一种窗墙体系的预制外围护墙结构,包括:墙板主体,所述墙板主体的上端侧面通过支撑钢架与上层的楼板固定,所述墙板主体的下端通过注入高强度砂浆形成砂浆层与下层的楼板固定;所述墙板主体包括混凝土以及均匀分布在混凝土内提供物理支撑的钢筋网组,所述钢筋网组内侧填充有减重板。本发明的墙板主体可以在厂区预制,运输至现场后直接安装,减少了现场浇筑构造柱、砌筑墙体的施工安全风险,通过墙体与主体钢结构的同步安装,也为幕墙提前进场创造了条件,中部螺栓与底部仅设一道钢架斜支撑调垂和固定,减少斜支撑预埋工作量,墙体内设减重板兼有保温作用,也减少外保温板使用量,降低了整体吊装的重量以及成本。
