The invention discloses a hydraulic oil tank heating device. The device comprises an oil tank body, an oil suction filter element fixedly arranged in the oil tank body and a heating pipe annularly arranged outside the oil suction filter element, wherein the oil suction filter element comprises a supporting rod and a filter screen, one end of the supporting rod is fixed to the top of the oil tank body, the other end of the supporting rod extends into the filter screen, and the filter screen surrounds an oil suction opening formed in the bottom of the oil tank body; and the heating pipe is fixed outside the filter screen and is connected with a heating source. The heating source is an engine cooling device, and a water inlet and a water outlet of the heating pipe are connected with a water outlet and a water inlet of the engine cooling device respectively. When a machine is started at a low temperature, hydraulic oil can be rapidly heated so as to reach a normal working state, meanwhile, no additional heat source and conveying power are needed, and more energy is saved, and environmental protection and high efficiency are achieved. Further disclosed is a hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic oil tank comprises the hydraulic oil tank heating device. Further disclosed is engineering machinery with the hydraulic oil tank. The Hydraulic oil tank heating device, the hydraulic oil tank and the engineering machinery can heat hydraulic oil, and is more energy-saving, environment-friendly and efficient.
