The invention discloses a compression-resistant and corrosion-resistant concrete material for ocean engineering and a preparation method of the compression-resistant and corrosion-resistant concrete material. The material comprises a solid waste-based cementing material, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, sulfate-resistant cement, ceramsite, broken glass slag, slag powder, nano silicon dioxide, asphalt, steel fibers, alkali-resistant glass fibers, an expanding agent, a concrete preservative, a silane dipping coating, a metal antirust agent, a scale and corrosion inhibitor, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent and a proper amount of water. According to the method, the solid waste-based cementing material prepared from the solid wastes such as alkaline residues, red mud, carbide slag and ardealite is applied to the concrete and has the properties of high strength, low expansion rate, excellent sulfate resistance and low chloride ion permeability, the wastes are reused, the production cost of the concrete is reduced, and the overall performance of the concrete is also improved; and the steel fibers, the alkali-resistant glass fibers and the broken glass slag are combined with the concrete, so that the cohesiveness of the concrete is improved, and the compressive strength and the impact resistance of the concrete can also be improved.
