Experimental adjustment is carried out by adding additives of different types and proportions, so that the additive with better adaptability and the optimal proportion are obtained, the mortar for spraying the prefabricated part can meet the standard GB/T 25181 from construction performance, mechanical performance and durability, namely, the surface of the produced prefabricated part is clean and flat, the advantages of high strength, high toughness, good waterproof effect and diversified colors are achieved, the labor intensity of workers is also reduced, and a good application prospect is realized.
本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维增强预制混凝土构件配方及其生产工艺,其中所使用的原料,按重量份数计包括:水泥30‑50份,石英砂40‑60份,钛白粉1‑3份,耐碱玻璃纤维丝2‑3份,聚合物乳液0.5‑1份,硅烷乳液1‑3份,减水剂0.1‑0.5份,消泡剂0.2‑0.5份,光亮剂0.10‑0.25份,二氧化硅0.2‑0.3份,超细色粉0.04‑0.06份,水7‑15份,通过添加不同种类和比例的添加剂进行实验调整,从而得到适应性较好的添加剂和最佳比例,使喷涂预制构件砂浆满足从施工性能、力学性能到耐久性都能符合标准GB/T 25181,即生产出的预制构件表面清洁平整,具有高强度、高韧性、防水效果好、颜色多样化,同时减少了工人劳动强度,具有良好的应用前景。
