Desulfurization ash-based soil curing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a desulfurization ash-based soil curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The desulfurization ash-based soil curing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-400 parts of Portland cement and 400-700 parts of mineral powder, or further comprises 1-300 parts of heavy steel desulfurized ash and/or 1-300 parts of E steel desulfurized fly ash. The desulfurization ash-based soil curing agent is used for road base reinforcement according to a mass doping amount of 4%-15%. The desulfurization ash-based soil curing agent meeting the performance requirements of DG/T J08-2082-2017 GS Soil Hardener Application Technical Regulations is prepared through formula adjustment, the production cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the resource utilization level of solid wastes such as sintered desulfurized ash is improved through large-scale utilization of the solid wastes such as the resintered desulfurized ash. Al2O3 and SiO2 in the desulfurization ash are sintered to react with Ca(OH)2 to generate C-S-H and ettringite, and strength is provided for the desulfurized fly ash-based curing agent stabilized soil.
