Composite grouting reinforcement material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a composite grouting reinforcement material. The method comprises the following steps: providing cement, quartz powder and cellulose, and mixing to obtain a component A; providing calcium fluoroaluminate, calcium oxide, dehydrated gypsum, silicon micro-powder and a water reducing agent, and mixing to obtain a component B; premixing the component A and the component B to obtain premixed powder; and providing water, and mixing the water with the premixed powder to obtain the composite grouting reinforcement material, wherein the mass percentage ratio of the cement to the quartz powder to the cellulose to the calcium fluoroaluminate to the calcium oxide to the dehydrated gypsum to the silicon micro-powder to the water reducing agent is (60-67%): (5-16%): (0.2-0.5%): (8-19%): (5-15%): (5-16%): (5-17%): (0.2-0.5%), and a mass ratio of the water to the premixed powder is 100: (40-80). The composite grouting reinforcement material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of better permeability, large flowability, groutability, adjustable setting time, high compressive strength and strong adaptability to coal and rock masses.
