Graphene oxide modified high-corrosion-resistance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses graphene oxide modified high-corrosion-resistance concrete and a preparation method thereof. Each cubic meter of the concrete comprises the following components: 150 to 220 kg of Portland cement, 20 to 40 kg of sulphoaluminate cement, 100 to 200 kg of mineral powder, 50 to 100 kg of fly ash, 20 to 50 kg of desulfurized gypsum, 10 to 20 kg of a nano modifier, 0.1 to 0.8 kg of a defoaming agent, 4 to 8 kg of a super plasticizer, 0.1 to 0.5 kg of graphene oxide, 600 to 800 kg of sand, 900 to 1200 kg of stones and 150 to 210 kg of tap water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, feeding 150 to 220 kg of Portland cement, 20 to 40 kg of sulphoaluminate cement, 100 to 200 kg of mineral powder, 50 to 100 kg of fly ash, 20 to 50 kg of desulfurized gypsum, 10 to 20 kg of a nano modifier, 600 to 800 kg of sand and 900 to 1200 kg of stone in sequence; 2, diluting 0.1 kg to 0.5 kg of graphene oxide with 150 kg to 210 kg of tap water, and adding 4 kg to 8 kg of a super plasticizer; and 3, adding the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 and 0.1-0.8 kg of a defoaming agent. The concrete has the beneficial effects that the water-binder ratio is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the defoaming agent can eliminate bubbles introduced in the concrete forming process, so that the strength and corrosion resistance of the concrete are improved.
本发明公开了一种氧化石墨烯改性高抗蚀混凝土及其制备方法,每立方米混凝土中的组分含量为:硅酸盐水泥150‑220kg、硫铝酸盐水泥20‑40kg、矿粉100‑200kg、粉煤灰50‑100kg、脱硫石膏20‑50kg、纳米改性剂10‑20kg、消泡剂0.1‑0.8kg、超塑化剂4‑8kg、氧化石墨烯0.1‑0.5kg、砂子600‑800kg、石子900‑1200kg和自来水150‑210kg。制备方法为:步骤1、按硅酸盐水泥150‑220kg、硫铝酸盐水泥20‑40kg、矿粉100‑200kg、粉煤灰50‑100kg、脱硫石膏20‑50kg、纳米改性剂10‑20kg、砂子600‑800kg、石子900‑1200kg顺序投料;步骤2、将氧化石墨烯0.1‑0.5kg用自来水150‑210kg稀释,加入超塑化剂4‑8kg;步骤3、添加步骤2所得的混合溶液和消泡剂0.1‑0.8kg。有益效果:大幅降低水胶比,同时消泡剂能够消除混凝土成型过程中引入的气泡,从而提高混凝土的强度和耐腐蚀性能。
