The invention provides a steam-free self-curing concrete pipe pile and a preparation method thereof. The concrete pipe pile is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 320 to 460 parts by weight of cement, 60 to 100 parts by weight of ground granulated blast furnace slag, 20 to 25 parts by weight of anhydrous gypsum powder, 50 to 85 parts by weight of microbeads, 550 to 750 parts by weight of sand, 1150 to 1300 parts by weight of gravel, 110 to 120 parts by weight of water, 10 to 12 parts by weight of a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol and 0.1 to 0.12 part by weight of polyether. According to the steam-curing-free producing technology, the early strength of the pipe pile concrete is greatly improved, the requirement for improving the strength of the pipe pile concrete in the early stage can be met by adopting natural curing, the producing link can be simplified, the cost is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the durability of the concrete can be improved by adopting the steam-curing-free producing technology; and the method has very important significance on the quality, economic benefits, popularization and application of pipe pile products.
本发明提供一种免蒸汽自养护混凝土管桩及其制备方法,所述混凝土管桩的原料及其重量份含量如下:水泥320‑460重量份、磨细粒化高炉矿渣60‑100重量份、无水石膏粉20‑25重量份、微珠50‑85重量份、砂550~750重量份、碎石1150‑1300重量份、水110‑120重量份、聚羧酸高性能减水剂10~12重量份、聚乙二醇0.5~1.5重量份以及聚醚0.1~0.12重量份。本发明免蒸汽养护生产技术,使管桩混凝土的早期强度大幅度提高,采用自然养护,即可达到提高早期管桩混凝土强度要求,采用免蒸汽养护工艺可简化生产环节、降低成本、降低能耗,亦可提高混凝土耐久性性能,这对管桩产品质量、经济效益及推广应用均有十分重要的意义。
