The invention relates to high-performance concrete with low shrinkage. The high-performance concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 150-260 parts of cement clinker powder; 100 to 150 parts of modified metakaolin; 30 to 50 parts of anhydrite powder; 300 to 500 parts of broken stone; 150 to 220 parts of coal ash powder; 600 to 750 parts of sand; 75 to 100 parts of mixed fiber; 13-22 parts of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; 100 to 180 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 20 to 33 parts of an additive; and 150 to 320 parts of water. According to the invention, various mechanical properties of the concrete are improved, the freeze-thaw resistance of the concrete is effectively improved, and the preparation cost of the concrete is reduced.
本发明一种具有低收缩性的高性能混凝土,按质量份数计包括:水泥熟粉料150‑260份;改性偏高岭土100‑150份;硬石膏粉30‑50份;碎石300‑500份;煤灰粉150‑220份;砂600‑750份;混合纤维75‑100份;聚羧酸减水剂13‑22份;不饱和聚酯树脂100‑180份、外加剂20‑33份;水150‑320份。本发明提高了混凝土的各项力学性能,并有效改善了混凝土的抗冻融能力,同时降低了混凝土的制备成本。

The invention relates to high-performance concrete with low shrinkage.
