Prefabricated housing matched grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated housing matching grouting material which comprises the following materials in percentage by weight: 10-50% of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 5-30% of magnesium oxide, 5-30% of sodium hexametaphosphate, 0-50% of quartz sand, 10-30% of coal ash, 0.1-3% of cellulose ether and 1-5% of a retarder. The prefabricated housing matched grouting material has the characteristics of high fluidity, slight expansion, convenience in construction, high bonding strength, slight expansion and rapid hardening (the strength within one hour is more than 20 MPa). The cellulose ether is added to improve the adverse effects of bleeding, segregation and the like of the grouting material, the chemical bonding force and frictional resistance of the grouting material are further increased, high-strength compression resistance is obtained, part of cement is replaced by the fly ash, and the comprehensive cost of the grouting material is reduced. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the prefabricated housing matched grouting material, and the preparation method is safe, environment-friendly, simple, convenient and quick, has low requirements on production equipment and is beneficial to reducing the production cost of enterprises.
本发明公开了一种装配式住房配套灌浆料,包括以下重量百分比的材料:磷酸二氢铵10‑50%,氧化镁5‑30%,六偏磷酸钠5‑30%,石英砂0‑50%,粉煤灰10‑30%,纤维素醚0.1‑3%,缓凝剂1‑5%,本发明的装配式住房配套灌浆料具有流动度高、微膨胀、具有施工方便,粘结强度高、微膨胀、快硬的(1小时的强度20兆帕以上)特点,通过加入纤维素醚改善灌浆料泌水、离析等不利影响,进一步增大了灌浆料的化学胶结力及摩阻力,获得高强抗压性能,本发明以粉煤灰取代部分水泥,降低了灌浆料的综合成本,本发明还公开了安全环保、简便快捷、对生产设备的要求低、有利于减低企业的生产成本的装配式住房配套灌浆料的制备方法。
