The preparation method comprises the following steps: applying high-expansion cover glaze on the surface of a green body, wherein high-expansion cover glaze comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 60%-79% of SiO2, 23%-29% of Al2O3, 0.2%-0.6% of alkaline earth metal oxide and 5.1%-7.1% of alkali metal oxide; applying color-seeping cover glaze on the surface of the green body after the high-expansion cover glaze is applied; printing color-penetrated ink on the surface of the green body after the color-penetrated cover glaze is applied in an ink-jet manner; and firing and polishing the green body subjected to ink-jet printing of the color-penetrated ink to obtain the high-wear-resistance color-penetrated porcelain polished tile.
