The high-performance anti-cracking shrinkage-reducing concrete water reducing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-55% of an unsaturated polyether monomer, 5-7% of an acrylic acid small monomer, 0.1-0.2% of an initiator, 0.04-0.06% of a reducing agent, 0.1-0.2%of a chain transfer agent, and the balance of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials, preparing a base material from an unsaturated polyether monomer and deionized water, preparing a solution A from an acrylic acid small monomer and deionized water, and preparing a solution B from a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent and deionized water; and adding an initiator into the base material, uniformly stirring, slowly dropwise adding the solution A and the solution B, and preserving heat after dropwise adding to finish polymerization. According to the invention, a redox system and a copolymerization system are adopted, the formula is simple, strong acid or strong alkali substances are not added, and a neutralizer does not need to be added for neutralization; and the selected unsaturated polyether monomer has high activity, the reaction can be carried out at a low temperature, and the process is simple and strong in controllability, so that the production cost is effectively reduced, and industrial production is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种高性能抗裂减缩型混凝土减水剂及其制备方法,其组分质量百分数为:不饱和聚醚单体50~55%;丙烯酸类小单体5~7%;引发剂0.1~0.2%;还原剂0.04~0.06%;链转移剂0.1~0.2%;其余为去离子水。其制备步骤为:原料称取,将不饱和聚醚单体和去离子水配制成底料,将丙烯酸类小单体和去离子水配置成A液,将还原剂、链转移剂和去离子水配置成B液;在底料中加入引发剂后搅拌均匀,然后缓慢滴加A液和B液,滴加完成后保温、完成聚合。本发明中采用氧化还原体系共聚体系,配方简单,未添加强酸或强碱物质,无需添加中和剂进行中和;选用的不饱和聚醚单体活性较高,在较低温度下即可进行反应,且工艺简单,可控性强,从而有效降低了生产成本,有利于工业化生产。
