The invention discloses a slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problem that the slump-retaining property of concrete is very different when the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is constructed in different seasons due to strong temperature sensitivity and insufficient slump-retaining property in a high-temperature environment in the prior art. The polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 300 parts of unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether monomer; 20 to 30 parts of an acrylate monomer; 30 to 50 parts of an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer; 20 to 40 parts of an amide monomer; 3 to 8 parts of an oxidant; 5 to 10 parts of a reducing agent; 10 to 15 parts of a chain transfer agent; 2 to 8 parts of a neutralizer; 10 to 15 parts of an initiator; and 300 to 400 parts of water. The obtained polycarboxylate superplasticizer is not high in temperature sensitivity, concrete can keep good slump retaining performance even in a high-temperature environment, and the slump retaining performance of the concrete can keep basically consistent even if the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is constructed in different seasons.
本发明公开了一种保坍型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中聚羧酸减水剂温度敏感性强,在高温环境下保坍性不足,所以聚羧酸减水剂在不同季节施工,混凝土保坍性相差甚远的技术问题。所述聚羧酸减水剂的制备包括下述重量份的原料:不饱和聚氧乙烯醚单体200‑300份;丙烯酸脂类单体20‑30份;不饱和羧酸单体30‑50份;酰胺类单体20‑40份;氧化剂3‑8份;还原剂5‑10份;链转移剂10‑15份;中和剂2‑8份;引发剂10‑15份;水300‑400份。本发明得到的聚羧酸减水剂温度敏感性不高,即使在高温环境,混凝土也能保持良好的保坍性能,本发明的聚羧酸减水剂即使在不同季节施工,混凝土的保坍性也能保持基本一致。
