The invention belongs to the technical field of hot melt adhesives, and particularly relates to a moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive, a preparation method and application thereof. The moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt adhesive provided by the invention is prepared by the following steps: performing condensation polymerization reaction on raw materials including polyester polyol, polyether polyol, a chain extender, isocyanate and an ether catalyst to obtain a condensation polymerization product, and mixing the condensation polymerization product with a tackifier to obtain the product, wherein the polyester polyol comprises a first polyester polyol and a second polyester polyol, the relative molecular weight of the first polyester polyol is 2000 to 3500, and the relative molecular weight of the second polyester polyol is 10000 to 12000. The moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive provided by the invention has relatively high initial peel strength and relatively long opening time.
本发明属于热熔胶黏剂技术领域,具体涉及一种湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶黏剂及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶黏剂,由包括聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、扩链剂、异氰酸酯、醚类催化剂的原料缩聚反应得到缩聚反应产物后,将所述缩聚反应产物和增粘剂混合制备得到;所述聚酯多元醇包括第一聚酯多元醇和第二聚酯多元醇,所述第一聚酯多元醇的相对分子量为2000~3500,所述第二聚酯多元醇的相对分子量为10000~12000。本发明提供的湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶黏剂具有较高的初始剥离强度且具有更长的开放时间。
