The invention discloses bridge wet joint pouring equipment and a construction method thereof. The equipment comprises a bearing platform, a hopper, a material guiding pipe, a distance measuring device and a controller, wherein rollers are installed on the two opposite sides of the bearing platform, and a through vertical hole is formed in the middle of the bearing platform; the hopper is erected on the bearing platform, the hopper is provided with a feeding port and a discharging port, and an electric stirrer is installed in the hopper; the material guiding pipe is connected to the discharging port, the material guiding pipe is aligned to the vertical hole, and an electric valve is installed on the material guiding pipe; the distance measuring device is mounted on the material guiding pipe and is aligned to the vertical hole; and the controller is installed on the hopper, and the controller is connected to the electric valve, the distance measuring device and the electric stirrer. The problems that existing bridge wet joint pouring adopts manual unloading, and time and labor are wasted are solved.
