The invention discloses a variable mooring device for a fish gathering platform, and mainly solves the problem that the mooring and fastening of the fish gathering platform need to be manually carried out, so that the operation is poor in safety. The variable mooring device comprises a plurality of supporting pieces, fixed pulleys, at least one mooring rope and a mooring ring, wherein the supporting pieces are mounted on a convex wall of a transfer working platform of the fish gathering platform, the fixed pulleys are fixed on the supporting pieces, one end of each mooring rope is connected with a ballast bin used for adjusting mooring power and bypasses one fixed pulley, the mooring ring is connected to the other end of the mooring rope; and a limiting ring arranged on the side wall of the convex wall of the transfer working platform of the fish gathering platform and used for limiting and restraining the mooring ring. After the mooring device is used on the fish gathering platform, an operator does not need to pay attention to the amplitude of the water level at any time and only needs to regularly check the mooring working state of the fish gathering platform, and the safety risk of water operation of the operator and the risk of personal injury of the operator are eliminated; and secondly, after the device is operated, the mooring stability of the fish gathering platform is improved, and the possibility of faults of the overall fish gathering system is reduced.
