The hospital ground mounting structure comprises a floor and a top plate, wherein first connecting blocks are symmetrically mounted at two ends of a surface of the floor, first drawstrings are fixedly connected to upper surfaces of the first connecting blocks, and first hooks are fixedly connected to top ends of the first drawstrings; second connecting blocks are evenly connected to the middle of a surface of the floor, a covering layer is fixedly connected between surfaces of the second connecting blocks, a second pull belt is fixedly connected to an upper surface of the covering layer, a second hook is fixedly connected to a top end of the second pull belt, and first inserting grooves are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the side face of the floor; and a first suction block is fixedly mounted on an inner bottom surface of the first inserting groove. The invention further discloses a hospital floor construction technology capable of retaining water emergently. By unfolding the first drawstrings and the second drawstrings, a multi-layer water retaining barrier can be formed, so water in a hospital is conveniently retained, and the water retaining effect is improved.
