The invention discloses a fire nuclear power plant water outlet energy dissipater, which is used for dissipating energy of a box culvert outlet with open channel drainage or lateral drainage and is composed of a stilling pool and an energy dissipation flow guide ridge; the energy dissipater is in bilateral symmetry in the water flow direction, and the energy dissipation flow guide ridge is located at an outlet of the stilling pool and is perpendicular to the water flow direction of an outlet of an open channel or a drainage box culvert; and the top elevation of the stilling pool side wall is lower than that of the energy dissipation flow guide ridge. After the energy dissipater fully dissipates the energy of the water discharged from the open channel or the drainage box culvert, the flow velocity is obviously reduced under the energy dissipation and diversion effects of the energy dissipater, the transverse flow velocity of the water flow in the drainage water area can be reduced, and the navigation safety of the ship is facilitated.
