The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile over-filling prevention device and a using method thereof. The cast-in-place pile over-filling prevention device comprises a reinforcing mesh, a triangular steel sheet, an inelastic pull rope, a pulley and an over-filling prompting instrument. The triangular steel sheet is placed at the position 1.5 m below the designed elevation of the pile top and fixed; the reinforcing mesh is fixed at the top end of the pile foundation reinforcement cage; the two pulleys are fixed at two ends of the reinforcing mesh, the inelastic pull rope is tightly attached to the reinforcing mesh, the starting point of the inelastic pull rope is fixed on the triangular steel sheet, the middle of the inelastic pull rope is sequentially connected with the three pulleys and the reinforcing mesh, and the end point of the inelastic pull rope is fixed on a slide bar of a slide rheostat on the over-filling prompting instrument. When the concrete pouring position reaches the triangular steel sheet, the triangular steel sheet rotates to trigger the pull rope to be pulled down, the sliding rod of the over-pouring prompting instrument moves to a loop comprising the prompting lamp, and the prompting lamp is turned on; the concrete is continuously poured to the reinforcing mesh, and the reinforcing mesh deforms to drive the inelastic pull rope to be continuously pulled down; when the deformation reaches the limit, the prompting lamp of the over-filling prompting instrument is turned off, the sliding rod is connected with a loop comprising a prompting bell, and the prompting bell rings. The mechanical deformation method is adopted, the device is simple and easy to operate, the pile cement pouring construction position can be controlled in time, cost is saved, and construction difficulty is lowered.
本发明公开了一种灌注桩防超灌的装置及其使用方法,包括钢筋网、三角钢片、无弹力拉绳、滑轮、超灌提示仪;将三角钢片放置于桩顶设计标高下方1.5米处并固定;钢筋网固定在桩基钢筋笼的顶端处;钢筋网两端固定了两个滑轮,无弹力拉绳紧贴在钢筋网上,无弹力拉绳的起点固定在三角钢片,中间依次连接三个滑轮和钢筋网,终点固定于超灌提示仪上滑动变阻器的滑杆处。当混凝土浇筑位置达到三角钢片处,三角钢片旋转引发拉绳下拉,超灌提示仪的滑杆位移至包含提示灯的回路,提示灯亮起;继续浇筑混凝土至钢筋网处,钢筋网发生形变带动无弹力拉绳继续下拉;当形变达到极限,超灌提示仪提示灯熄灭,滑杆连接包含提示铃的回路,提示铃响起。采用机械形变的方法,装置简单易操作,且能及时实现对桩浇筑水泥的施工位置进行控制,节省成本,降低了施工难度。
