The invention belongs to the technical field of prefabricated pump stations, particularly relates to a glass fiber reinforced plastic prefabricated pump station anti-floating base and a manufacturing process thereof and provides the following scheme aiming at the problem that when a pump station base is mounted,since the mounting structure of the pump station base is too simple, the pump station base is easy to mount unstably under the action of buoyancy: the anti-floating base comprises a mounting box; a plurality of positioning assemblies are mounted in the mounting box, a plurality of supporting columns are fixedly mounted at the top of the mounting box at equal intervals, and a same bearing box is fixedly mounted at the top ends of the supporting columns; a connecting box is fixedly mounted in the bearing box; and transmission rods are symmetrically and slidably connected to the inner wall of the top of the connecting box, wherein the number of the transmission rods is two. According to the device, the pump station is hoisted on the mounting cover, and the whole device can be tightly connected with the formed pre-buried groove on one side, so that the stable mounting of the pump station can be ensured, and the device has good stability.
本发明属于预制泵站技术领域，尤其是一种玻璃钢预制泵站抗浮底座及其制作工艺，针对泵站底座进行安装时，往往由于其安装结构过于简单，容易在浮力的作用下，导致安装不稳的问题，现提出如下方案，其抗浮底座包括安装箱，所述安装箱，所述安装箱内安装有多个定位组件，所述安装箱的顶部等间距固定安装有多个支撑柱，且多个支撑柱的顶端固定安装有同一个承载箱，所述承载箱内固定安装有连接箱，且连接箱的顶部内壁对称滑动连接有传动杆，所述传动杆的数量为两个，本发明通过将泵站吊装在安装罩上，一侧能够实现整体装置与开设的预埋槽紧密连接，以此能够保证泵站进行稳定安装，所以具有良好的稳定性。
