The invention relates to a submarine suspension tunnel underwater docking device and a docking method thereof. One end of a butt joint pipeline on one side of an annular plate of an inner cavity of a second prefabricated tunnel body is inserted into a first prefabricated tunnel body, and the first prefabricated tunnel body and the second prefabricated tunnel body are each provided with a limiting mechanism used in cooperation with the docking pipeline. The first prefabricated tunnel body and the second prefabricated tunnel body are each internally provided with a drainage mechanism. The problems that when a traditional underwater docking device of a submarine suspension tunnel is in docking, the docking accuracy is too low, the docking efficiency of the submarine suspension tunnel is reduced, and the submarine suspension tunnel is prone to being damaged are solved.
