The invention discloses a permanent and temporary combined waste slag yard drainage method and system. The permanent and temporary combined drainage method is characterized by comprising a temporary drainage ditch formed in the edge of a slag stacking line of a slag stacking platform, a permanent intercepting ditch formed after final slag stacking, and a drainage blind ditch formed in the ditch bottom of the waste slag field; and the permanent intercepting ditch is formed by lining an ultimate temporary drainage ditch or excavating along the edge of the elevation slag stacking line of the final slag stacking platform. According to the permanent and temporary combined drainage method and system for the waste slag yard, temporary drainage in construction of the waste slag yard and permanent water interception measures during operation of the waste slag yard after slag piling are taken into consideration; and meanwhile, on the basis of a self slag stacking platform, a permanent intercepting ditch construction operation platform is provided, flexibility and convenience are achieved, occupied space is reduced, investment is saved, and the safety and convenience of permanent intercepting ditch construction after final slag stacking are improved.
