The invention discloses a pressure compensation bulldozing hydraulic system of an excavator which comprises a variable pump, the input end of the variable pump is externally connected with a hydraulic oil tank, the output end of the variable pump is connected with a main valve, and the output end of the main valve is connected with a pressure compensation valve; one oil path of the pressure compensation valve is connected with a bidirectional hydraulic lock through the input end of the main valve, the other oil path is connected with the LS end of the variable pump, and the two oil paths are equal in pressure. The oil return end of the main valve is connected with the hydraulic oil tank. The system also includes a dozer blade oil cylinder, wherein a bidirectional hydraulic lock is connected with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the dozer blade oil cylinder; the bulldozing hydraulic system with the load sensitive function is built by adopting the Y-shaped main valve element with the meso-position function and being matched with the two-way hydraulic lock. When the dozer blade oil cylinder supports the vehicle, the system can enable the main valve element to return to the neutral position, the bidirectional hydraulic lock is closed instantly, the force for supporting the whole vehicle to be lifted is completely provided by high pressure in the dozer blade oil cylinder, and the locking performance of the bidirectional hydraulic lock is better.
本发明公开了一种挖掘机压力补偿推土液压系统,包括:变量泵,所述变量泵的输入端外接液压油箱,输出端连接有主阀,所述主阀输出端连接有压力补偿阀;所述压力补偿阀其中一油路经过主阀的输入端连接有双向液压锁,另一油路与变量泵的LS端连接,两路油压的压力相等;所述主阀的回油端与液压油箱连接;推土铲油缸,所述双向液压锁与推土铲油缸有杆腔和无杆腔连接;本发明通过采用Y型中位机能的主阀阀芯,配以双向液压锁,搭建了具有负载敏感功能的推土液压系统。当推土铲油缸撑车时,该系统可以使得主阀阀芯回中位时,双向液压锁瞬间关闭,支撑整车抬起的力完全由推土铲油缸内部高压提供,使得双向液压锁锁紧性能更好。
