The track panel laying unit comprises a track panel laying vehicle, a plurality of unpowered track panel transport vehicles and a powered track panel transport vehicle which are connected in sequence, the track panel laying vehicle comprises a first self-walking chassis, and a single-arm crane frame is arranged on the first self-walking chassis; a hanging beam is arranged at the top of the single-arm crane frame, a slideway is arranged on the bottom surface of the hanging beam, and a single-arm crane is arranged on the slideway; each unpowered track panel transport vehicle comprises a front wheel pair assembly, a rear wheel pair assembly and a longitudinal beam, the two ends of the longitudinal beam are detachably connected with the front wheel pair assembly and the rear wheel pair assembly respectively, and after the longitudinal beam is detached, the front wheel pair assembly and the rear wheel pair assembly are connected in a combined mode. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the track panel laying unit is used for assisting in completing track panel laying, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; according to the unpowered track panel transport vehicles with the dismantled longitudinal beams, the length of the hoisting end of the track panel can be effectively reduced, and hoisting operation of the track panel on all transport vehicles can be achieved within the arm length range.
本发明实施例提供了一种轨排铺设机组及铺设方法,轨排铺设机组包括依次相连的轨排铺设车、多个无动力轨排运输车以及有动力轨排运输设车,轨排铺设车包括第一自行走底架,第一自行走底架上设有单臂吊车框架,单臂吊车框架顶部设有吊梁,吊梁底面上设有滑道,滑道上设有单臂吊车;无动力轨排运输车包括前轮对组件、后轮对组件以及纵梁,纵梁的两端分别与前轮对组件和后轮对组件可拆卸连接,纵梁拆除后前轮对组件和后轮对组件之间组合连接。本发明实施例提供的方案,利用轨排铺设机组辅助完成轨排铺设降低工人劳动强度,提高工作效率;纵梁拆除后的无动力轨排运输车,可以有效减少轨排起吊端长度,在臂长范围内实现所有运输车上轨排的吊装作业。
