Ardealite-based super-retarding concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses ardealite-based super-retarding concrete which comprises a basic raw material, a water reducing agent, a super-retarding agent and an additive, the basic raw material comprises 100-180 parts of mineral powder; 20 to 80 parts of fly ash; 5 to 35 parts of cement; 900 to 1200 parts of sand; 800 to 1000 parts of stone; the super-retarding agent is prepared from 120 to 180 parts of modified ardealite; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of white sugar; 0.7 to 2 parts of sodium gluconate; and 0.005 to 0.015 part of cellulose ether. The ardealite is used as a main cementing material to form an ardealite-based super-retarding concrete system, and soluble phosphate, white sugar and sodium gluconate in the ardealite are compounded to jointly achieve a super-retarding effect. The ardealite-based super-retarding concrete is low in cost, utilizes a large amount of ardealite, and is green and environment-friendly; the ardealite can be normally used after simple treatment, and the steps are simple.
