Reinforced concrete for prestressed carbon fiber plate
The invention discloses reinforced concrete for a prestressed carbon fiber plate, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The reinforced concrete for the prestressed carbon fiber plate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 to 200 parts of cement, 70 to 90 parts of water, 25 to 35 parts of clay, 20 to 40 parts of a reinforcing agent, 3 to 6 parts of a polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent and 1 to 5 parts of a dispersing agent, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the cement, the water, the clay, the reinforcing agent, the ppolycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent and the dispersing agent, and putting into a warehouse for later use; (2) transferring the raw materials in the step (1) into a stirrer for stirring and mixing, and pouring into a mold with a preset carbon fiber plate; and (3) curing the concrete in the mold in the step (2). According to the prepared concrete, the reinforcing agent is creatively added, the reinforcing agent is composed of aluminum oxide powder, magnesium oxide powder, tetramethyl orthosilicate and sodium acetate, synergistic interaction is achieved, and the comprehensive performance of the concrete is improved.
本发明公开了一种预应力碳纤维板用加固混凝土,涉及建筑材料技术领域。其中预应力碳纤维板用加固混凝土,以重量份计,包括以下原料:水泥:150份‑200份,水:70份‑90份,黏土:25份‑35份,加固剂:20份‑40份,聚羧酸系减水剂:3份‑6份,分散剂:1份‑5份;其制备方法如下:(1)准备水泥、水、黏土、加固剂、聚羧酸系减水剂、分散剂,放进仓库,待用;(2)将步骤(1)中各原料转移到搅拌机中搅拌混合,并倒入预置碳纤维板的模具中;(3)对步骤(2)模具中的混凝土进行养护。制备的混凝土,创造性加入加固剂,加固剂由氧化铝粉末、氧化镁粉末、正硅酸甲酯及醋酸钠组成,协同增效,提升混凝土的综合性能。
