The invention relates to the technical field of recycled concrete, and particularly discloses thermal insulation type recycled concrete which comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of cement, 8-15 parts of fly ash, 80-100 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 15-20 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 20-30 parts of sand, 20-30 parts of water, 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 5-10 parts of aerogel particles. The heat conductivity coefficient of the aerogel particles is 0.025 W/(m.k) to 0.030 W/(m.k), and the particle size of the aerogel particles is 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm. The aerogel particles are added into the recycled concrete to serve as a modified material, the heat preservation effect of the concrete is improved, meanwhile, due to the fact that aerogel has the high specific surface area, the aerogel is added into the concrete, the bonding strength of materials in the concrete can be effectively filled and improved, and therefore the structure of the recycled concrete material is compacted, and further, the mechanical property of the recycled concrete material is effectively improved.
