Novel rubber concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a novel rubber concrete material. The novel rubber concrete material comprises the following raw materials: cement, sand, rubber particles, a water reducing agent, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the novel rubber concrete, which comprises the following steps: screening rubber particles and sand with proper particle sizes, measuring cement, sand, rubber, a water reducing agent and water with required weight, pouring the cement, sand and rubber into a container, carrying out dry mixing to obtain a uniform rubber-sand-cement mixture, fusing the water reducing agent, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and water, slowly pouring water containing the water reducing agent and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose into the container filled with the rubber, the sand and the cement, and conducting stirring while adding the water until the materials are uniformly stirred; and loading the uniformly stirred slurry into a mold within 15 minutes, uniformly conducting vibrating, conducting standing for 3-4 hours, removing the mold, and conducting curing to obtain the required rubber concrete. The rubber concrete disclosed by the invention has good energy absorption and vibration reduction performance.
本发明提供了一种新型橡胶混凝土材料,其原料包括:水泥、砂、橡胶颗粒、减水剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素和水。还公开了一种新型橡胶混凝土的制备方法,先筛分出合适粒径的橡胶颗粒与砂,量取所需重量的水泥、砂、橡胶、减水剂与水,将水泥、砂、橡胶倒入容器后干拌至均匀的橡胶‑砂‑水泥混合物,将减水剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素与水融合,缓慢向装有橡胶、砂、水泥的容器中倒入含有减水剂与羟丙基甲基纤维素的水,一边加水一边搅拌直至搅拌均匀。然后将搅拌均匀的浆体在15min内装入模具并振捣均匀,静置3~4小时后拆模养护,得到所需的橡胶混凝土。本发明的橡胶混凝土具有良好的吸能减震性能。
