Low-carbon submersed nozzle lining and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, in particular to a low-carbon submersed nozzle lining and a preparation method thereof. The low-carbon submersed nozzle lining is prepared from, by mass, 30-50 parts of zirconium mullite, 15-35 parts of a ZrO2-based porous heat insulation material, 25-40 parts of white corundum, 0.5-2 parts of an antioxidant, 0.5-2 parts of a sintering aid, 0.5-2 parts of an additive, 1-3 parts of composite graphitized carbon black and 2-10 parts of a binding agent. The invention also comprises a preparation method of the low-carbon submersed nozzle lining. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and co-grinding; preparation of a granulation material, a first forming material and a second forming material; drying; and firing and drying to obtain the low-carbon submersed nozzle lining. The problems that an existing submersed nozzle lining is insufficient in thermal shock stability and strength and the like in the prior art are solved by improving and increasing raw material components and the proportions of the raw material components.
