By forming a pure inorganic super-hydrophobic protective coating, the super-hydrophobic coating not only has excellent hydrophobic performance and pollution prevention, but also has good flashover prevention performance under different weather conditions of frost, snow and the like. The inorganic super-hydrophobic coating prepared by the invention realizes zero addition of harmful low-surface-energy substances such as fluoride and the like, and the weather resistance and the mechanical stability of the glaze layer are improved to a certain extent by doping inorganic non-metallic material hexagonal boron nitride/cubic boron nitride. An h-BN/c-BN doped composite glaze layer is prepared by simulating a biological surface microstructure, so that a large contact angle and a small rolling angle are realized, and water drops are easy to roll off on the surface. The inorganic ceramic membrane can be applied to various surfaces of ceramics, glass, metal and the like, is simple in preparation process, has good economic benefits, and is suitable for market popularization and application.
