According to the method, during construction, a scaffold is erected firstly, then pouring holes are measured and positioned, a detector is used for detecting distribution of a reinforcing mesh in the existing bearing platform, and coring and drilling are conducted to stagger originally-distributed reinforcing steel bars of the existing bearing platform; then chiseling and reinforcing steel bar installation are conducted on the connecting face of the existing bearing platform and the new bearing platform, and a newly-added bearing platform bottom plate shaping steel formwork is installed; then pouring tools are prepared and installed before concrete pouring, and self-compacting concrete is prepared in advance; and finally, concrete pouring is conducted on the newly-added reinforcing bottom plate of the bearing platform, the concrete pouring is required to be from far to near, and it is guaranteed that the concrete is continuous in the pouring process. The construction method is simple in construction and convenient to operate, manpower and material resources can be saved, it can be guaranteed that concrete pouring of the newly-added bearing platform and the newly-added reinforcing bottom plate under the existing bearing platform is dense, and the construction quality of the newly-added reinforcing bottom plate under the bearing platform is guaranteed.
