The invention relates to a concrete frame connecting joint and a building structure, and relates to the field of integrated buildings. The concrete frame connecting joint comprises at least one group of up-down connecting structures, each up-down connecting structure comprises an upper connecting part and a lower connecting part, and the upper connecting parts and the lower connecting parts are connected through bolts and nuts; the outer walls of the upper connecting parts are fixedly provided with an upper anchoring plate used for being fixedly connected with an embedded steel bar on a concrete structural member; and the outer walls of the lower connecting parts are fixedly provided with a lower anchoring plate used for being fixedly connected with the embedded steel bar on the concrete structural member. The mode that the upper anchoring plate and the lower anchoring plate are connected with the embedded steel bars separately replaces a traditional mode that the embedded steel bars are connected with the connecting steel bars, so that the fixing area between the embedded steel bars and the connecting joints is increased, and deformation errors generated in the embedded steel bar connecting process are further reduced; and therefore, the perpendicularity between the connecting joint and the concrete structural member is improved.
