Assembly process based on sliding installation of metal roof framework
The invention provides an assembly process based on sliding installation of a metal roof framework. The assembly process comprises the steps that surveying and setting-out of a skylight keel are implemented based on surveying and setting-out of a station building main body structure; a rack model is erected, and on-site segmented assembly of skylight keels is implemented on the rack model; the skylight keel is hoisted through a crane; the skylight keel is hoisted and placed on the sliding guide rail through the roof transfer platform, is dragged by the winch and is positioned through the total station; and the sliding guide rails are dismantled, and skylight keels are spliced in a segmented mode till installation of the roof skeleton structure is completed. On-site segmented assembly is adopted, then a 50T truck crane is used for in-place hoisting on an elevated lane on the outer side of a station building, steel square tubes are installed on the two sides of an upper skylight, meanwhile, auxiliary film coating grease serves as a sliding rail, a winch serves as power in the horizontal direction, horizontal sliding in-place is conducted, segmented sliding is conducted according to the scheme, segmented assembly is conducted from the middle to the two sides, and the installation of the roof skeleton structure is completed.
本发明提供基于金属屋面骨架滑移安装的装配工艺,包括:基于站房主体结构测量放线实施天窗龙骨的测量放线;搭设台架模型,在台架模型上,实施天窗龙骨的现场分段拼装;通过吊车实施天窗龙骨的吊装;天窗龙骨通过屋面转接平台吊放到滑移导轨上后,由卷扬机牵引,通过全站仪定位;拆除滑移导轨,分段拼装天窗龙骨,直至完成屋面骨架结构安装。本发明采用现场分段进行拼装,然后利用50T汽车吊在站房外侧的高架车道进行就位吊装,上部天窗两侧安装钢方通,同时辅助涂膜油脂作为滑动轨道,水平向采用卷扬机作为动力,进行水平滑移就位,按此方案分段滑移,从中间向两侧分段拼装,直至完成屋面骨架结构安装。
