The present invention provides an aerogel blanket comprising: a blanket substrate; aerogel bonded to the surface of the blanket substrate; and aerogel positioned in a space within the blanket substrate, wherein the aerogel bonded to the surface of the blanket substrate accounts for 50 wt% or more with respect to the total aerogel weight, and the number of aerogel particles that are separated from the aerogel blanket upon vibrating same for 2 to 10 hours at a vibrational frequency of 1 to 30 Hz satisfies 13,600 to 90,000 particles/ft3.
