The invention relates to recycled concrete prepared from crushed residues of scraped cars and a preparation method of the recycled concrete. The recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 600-1200 parts of concrete coarse aggregate, 200-400 parts of fine aggregate, 20-40 parts of silica fume, 40-80 parts of fly ash, 40-80 parts of mineral powder, 75-150 parts of river sand, 200-400 parts of cement, 100-200 parts of water, 0.5-1.4 parts of air entraining agent, 2.4-7 parts of early strength agent and 2-4 parts of water reducing agent; wherein the concrete coarse aggregate is formed by crushing waste concrete, and the fine aggregate is formed by crushing crushed residues of cars.
