The invention discloses a wear-resistant coating for a blast furnace granulation tower. The wear-resistant coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-58% of waste high-voltage electric porcelain aggregate; 28-38% of waste electroceramic industrial wear-resistant ball fine powder; 3-9% of alumina micro powder; 2-5% of Guangxi white mud; 0.6-1.5% of a curing agent light-burned magnesia powder; 0.1-0.3% of a high-efficiency thickening agent PlasbinderTMPT2088; and 11-13 wt% of a liquid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution with the concentration of 1.30-1.35 g/cm < 3 > and 3-5 wt% of silica sol. The coating disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high high-temperature strength, scouring resistance, good wear resistance, strong material adhesiveness and easiness in local repair construction. Meanwhile, a recycling method is provided for waste high-voltage electric porcelain.
本发明公开了一种用于高炉粒化塔的耐磨涂抹料,组成按照质量百分数计如下:废弃高压电瓷骨料50~58%;废弃电瓷工业耐磨球细粉28~38%;氧化铝微粉3~9%;广西白泥2~5%;固化剂轻烧镁砂粉0.6~1.5%;高效增稠剂PlasbinderTMPT2088 0.1‑0.3%;外加1.30‑1.35g/cm3的液态磷酸二氢铝溶液11~13wt%和硅溶胶3~5wt%;本发明所述涂抹料具有高温强度高、抗冲刷、耐磨性好,材料黏附性强,易于局部修补施工的特点;同时为废弃高压电瓷提供一种资源化利用的方法。
