High-aluminum heat-insulating brick and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-aluminum heat-insulating brick and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) uniformly mixing 38.5 to 56.4 parts of light alumina aggregate, 23.4 to 41.7 parts of high-aluminum bauxite clinker, 6.4 to 13.8 parts of aluminate cement, 8.7 to 12.6 parts of starch and 2.7 to 6.5 parts of silicon dioxide micro powder; (2) adding 0.08 to 0.15 part of a water reducing agent and 15.4 to 24.5 parts of water, mulling, and carrying out casting molding; (3) curing for 24-48 hours under the condition of room temperature, demolding, and drying for 24-36 hours under the condition of 100-120 DEG C; and (4) sintering under the condition of 1380-1570 DEG C, and preserving heat for 3-5 hours to obtain the high-aluminum heat-insulating brick. According to the invention, the sawdust is used as a filler, the starch and the water are mixed to generate good viscidity, the aggregate and the sawdust are well bonded, when a prepared green body is sintered, the filler, namely, the sawdust, is burnt out in the production process, and a uniform and consistent pore structure is generated in the brick body, so that the light heat-insulating brick is obtained. In addition, toxic gas containing benzene cannot be generated in the sintering process, so that the method is environment-friendly.
本发明涉及到一种高铝质隔热砖及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将38.5~56.4份的轻质矾土骨料、23.4~41.7份的高铝矾土熟料、6.4~13.8份的铝酸盐水泥、8.7~12.6份的淀粉和2.7~6.5份的二氧化硅微粉混合均匀;(2)再外加0.08~0.15份的减水剂和15.4~24.5份的水,混练,浇注成型;(3)在室温条件下养护24~48h,脱模后在100~120℃条件下干燥24~36h;(4)在1380~1570℃条件下烧结,并保温3~5h,即得高铝质隔热砖。本发明以锯末为填充物,淀粉和水混合后会使产生良好的粘性,将骨料和锯末很好的粘结,所制成的生坯在烧成时,其填充物‑‑锯末在生产过程中将被烧掉,砖体中产生均匀一致的孔隙结构,得到轻质绝热砖。并且在烧结过程中,不会产生含有苯的有毒气体,对环境友好。
