The method comprises the steps that a built plant serves as an original point, a pile to be driven is marked within the area range which is 1.5 times of the length of an original pile of the plant, and the pile to be driven is drilled according to the mode that the pile to be driven and the original pile are jumped one by one; the depth of the guide hole is 2/3 of the length of the pile; after hole guiding is completed, the construction speed of new piles in the pile foundation range of the three rows of original piles is slowed down to 1/2 times with the built plant as the original point; and after construction is completed, construction of other non-influence areas is started. According to the construction method of the PHC pipe pile close to the factory building, the soil squeezing effect during construction of the PHC pipe pile close to the factory building is solved through the measures of adjusting the piling sequence, increasing guide holes, controlling the construction speed and the like.
