The invention provides a basement construction method. Supporting piles constructed along the edge of a basement and counter-force piles located in a basement area and constructed at intervals are included, the supporting piles are arranged in rows, and the tops of the counter-force piles are located below a preset bottom plate of the basement; top beams fixedly connected with the tops of all the supporting piles are arranged at the tops of the supporting piles, a bearing platform is fixedly connected to the tops of the counter-force piles, and first inclined struts made of steel members are fixedly connected between the bearing platform and the top beams. The method is simple in structure, effectively prevents the supporting structure from overturning, effectively controls deformation of the supporting structure, does not exceed a red line, does not occupy adjacent land parcels, does not affect integrality of the basement bottom plate, avoids the water leakage problem of the basement bottom plate due to the existence of the supporting structure, and is convenient to construct and short in construction period.
本发明公开了一种地下室的施工方法,包括沿地下室边缘施工的支护桩和位于地下室区域内间隔施工的反力桩,所述支护桩成排布置,反力桩桩顶位于地下室预设底板的下方;所述支护桩顶部具有固定连接所有支护桩顶部的冠梁,所述反力桩顶部固定连接有承台,所述承台和冠梁之间固定连接有由钢构件制成的第一斜撑。本方法结构简单,有效防止支护结构发生倾覆,有效控制支护结构变形,不超红线,不占用相邻的地块,不影响地下室底板整体性和地下室底板不因支护结构存在产生漏水问题,施工便利、工期短。
