The environment-friendly river channel dredging system for water conservancy construction comprises a vehicle body, a first connecting frame, a second connecting frame and a containing box; a first turnover mechanism and a second turnover mechanism are connected to the outer wall of the first connecting frame; the end, away from a first driving motor, of a first driving shaft penetrates through a first fixing plate and is connected with a turnover device; a transmission assembly is connected to the outer wall of the end, away from the first driving shaft, of the first belt; a mud pumping device is connected to the other end of the second driving shaft; a mud turning assembly is connected to the outer wall of the rotating shaft; the output end of the mud turning assembly is matched with river mud; and the other end of the second water pipe penetrates through the vehicle body to be matched with the mud turning assembly. The system is simple in structure and convenient to operate; and sludge in a river channel can be effectively crushed, and meanwhile, the sludge in the device can be treated in time, so that the abnormal problem that the water conservancy device is blocked by the sludge is avoided, and the dredging effect is improved.
