The invention discloses a connecting structure of an external wall panel and a window. The connecting structure comprises the external wall panel with an inclined tongue-and-groove, a heat insulation broken bridge window and a connecting piece, wherein the side, close to an inner wall, of the connecting piece is connected with a steel purline, the external wall panel is in bolted connection with the connecting piece, and the heat insulation broken bridge window is in bolted connection with the connecting piece; PE rods and/or waterproof sealants are arranged between the external wall panel and the connecting piece and between the heat insulation broken bridge window and the connecting piece so as to block gaps; a drainage plate used for leading water to be discharged is arranged at an inclined rabbet, a top end of the connecting piece located above the heat insulation broken bridge window is arranged between the drainage plate and an outer hanging wall plate, and a top end of the drainage plate located below the heat insulation broken bridge window is arranged between the connecting piece and the outer hanging wall plate. During rainfall, rainwater flows out along the drainage plate and does not enter the gap between the connecting piece and the external wall panel, and the PE rods and/or the waterproof sealants can block a gap at the connecting position, so the rainwater is prevented from permeating into the connecting position of the external wall panel and the window; the heat insulation broken bridge window can block heat transfer, and the heat insulation effect is good.
