The invention provides a prestressed tension groove-based cantilever beam construction structure capable of removing a formwork early, which comprises a load-bearing steel bar, a prestressed tendon and a first binding load-bearing steel bar which are pre-buried in a cantilever beam, one end of the load-bearing steel bar is buried in a wall surface to form fixed connection, and the other end of the load-bearing steel bar penetrates through the cantilever beam to provide support for the cantilever beam; a tensioning groove is pre-formed in the upper surface of the end, away from the wall face, of the cantilever beam, one end of the prestressed tendon and one end of the first binding force-bearing steel bar are embedded into the wall face, the other end of the prestressed tendon and the other end of the first binding force-bearing steel bar extend into the tensioning groove, and after tensioning is finished, the first binding force-bearing steel bar is embedded into mud along with pouring of the tensioning groove. According to the invention, the load-bearing steel bars are additionally arranged in the cantilever beam, so that the support borne by the cantilever beam is enhanced, after the prestressed tension of the cantilever beam is finished, the pouring template of the cantilever beam can be removed without waiting for the complete solidification of concrete, and the construction time is shortened; by additionally arranging the tensioning groove, the tensioning end is moved to the beam face of the cantilever beam, and the number of tensioning supporting devices erected at the beam end of the cantilever beam can be reduced.
本发明提供一种基于预应力张拉槽的可早拆模的悬挑梁施工结构,包括预埋于悬挑梁内部的受力钢筋、预应力筋和第一绑扎受力钢筋,受力钢筋一端埋于墙面形成固定连接、另一端贯穿悬挑梁,为悬挑梁提供支撑;悬挑梁远离墙面的一端上表面上预设有张拉槽,预应力筋和第一绑扎受力钢筋的一端埋入墙面内、另一端延伸至张拉槽内,在张拉结束后,第一绑扎受力钢筋随张拉槽的浇筑埋入泥内。本发明通过在悬挑梁内部加设受力钢筋,增强悬挑梁所受到的支撑,使悬挑梁在预应力张拉结束后,不需等待混凝土完全凝固,就可将悬挑梁的浇筑模板拆除掉,缩短施工时间;通过加设张拉槽,将张拉端移到悬挑梁梁面上,可减少在悬挑梁梁端搭设张拉支撑设备。
